This is a great group of people that are always helpful! Their customer service is great! I am a frequent renter and they are always accommodating. Why go all the way to the airport when you can rent a great car right here in Troy?

Excellent service! Very understanding, professional and prompt. The day I went it, I ended up leaving with a car in less than 10 minutes. The guy working there was very patient in showing me how to work the vehicle, and accomodating of me and my situation. 5 stars :-)

Clutch is the only word I can say. I was put off at the last minute by another enterprise in Albany, but this one quickly helped and got me on the road in less than an hour.
The service there was extremely friendly and surprised I was put off by a neighboring branch.
