Teller overdrew my account by $ 2,000 then made excuses about how it wasn’t her fault. If someone had apologized instead of arguing with me I would have been much happier. Instead I got into a shouting match with the manager about how I was disrespecting their employees. Maybe if you stopped disrespecting your customers this mess could have been avoided.
Use another branch if you have to use FifthThird. Better: use another bank.
