I initially had a much longer review, but then an employee of this establishment contacted both myself and my wife to defend herself. I did not engage, but do not wish to have any other calls from this person.
In sum, I was not pleased with the service or end product and will not be returning to this store. Moreover, I am not ashamed of having shared my honest impressions, as that is the purpose of this website.

I have a been a patient of golden gate optical for a few years. I am quite disappointed with the lack of Service and professionalism.
I bought a pair of glasses from them and one of the reasons was that they told me I had a lifetime warranty. They mentioned to me that as long as I had the glasses they would replace the damage with a fee. Now, I am in need of replaced glasses but they have changed their «policy» and are stating that wasn’t the case. Not only that the owner, Dina was not understanding of what she had originally promised me, but she also failed to work with me.
Clearly no one I would do business with again.

The other reviewer was right about them being rude and very pushy sales people!
The glasses you like they like they do not give you real feedback.
They treat customers like you may steal glasses by not allowing you to get a pair of glasses off the shelf and only they can put them back up so you don’t steal any.
Beware of this judgmental place.
