I have been shopping for these style dresses for 11 years. I cant remember a time that i recieved such poor service. Never once did someone come to ask me if I needed assistance. At one point a few ladies walked in for shoes and was told yes we have them but they’re not any you would like.(how presumptuous and rude). When I purchased my dress I was told one price but charged another. Upon calling a man presumably the owner told me I was wrong and misunderstood I explained to him I had two other people with me that heard the samething. I had already told him I lived far away and did not want the refund just that he simply needed to talk to his employee. The man then got very rude and hung up on me. I was exasperated to say the least and will not be returning.

Upon walking in the store my wife and I were very excited to see so many nice dresses we both liked. After looking for a few minutes we requested the help of a sales woman. She was very nice, helpful and polite. We asked for her help in finding some dresses we liked in the sizes and colors we wanted. After gathering 5 or 6 dresses my wife headed to the fitting room to try them on. When she exited wearing the first dress I went to take a picture for my wife to show friends to get their opinion. The Asian man I assume was the owner or manager then very rudely interrupted us and in the most unfriendly ignorant way he could possibly come up with told us that taking pictures was not allowed. After I angrily expressed my feelings to him about how he handled the situation he continued to argue his point with me as if I wasn’t even a customer. Now I could understand enforcing this policy on a busy day or if it’s a group of young kids just in here wasting time but my wife and I visited the store on a slow Thursday morning and were the only people in the store. We are adults planning to renew our vows this spring and HAD every intention of purchasing a dress from this store because we liked what the had to offer. However, I will not spend my money in a store that treats their customers like this. I highly reccomend finding somewhere else to buy a dress unless you like giving your money to a business that treats their customers like an enemy. I would like to point out that the sales woman was not the problem at all, it was the male manager/owner. He is very rude and makes no attempt to understand his customers or work with their needs on a one on one basis.
