What a wonderful office! What wonderful staff! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go here!
My first impression came when we stopped by to make my first appointment. The receptionist greeted my husband (a recent new client himself) warmly, by name! My appointment was made quickly and painlessly – and the best thing is I didn’t have to wait two months to get in!
I have since been there twice – the first for a general teeth cleaning and the second for some cavity work and bite guard impressions. For the exam and cleaning, the hygienist was extremely personable and made me feel at ease (even though dentists don’t bother me in the least, it was great to have a friendly person who you could tell really enjoyed their job). We even had some joking conversation about having to redo the xrays a few times since they turned out blurry. With a less personable tech, I could see myself getting annoyed at having to repeat x-​rays multiple times – but not with her.
She also talked to me in-​depth about getting a bite guard. Yeah, I grind my teeth and clench my jaw – this I know because previous dentists have told me. However… not a single one of them EVER showed me just what was happening…(The nitty gritty? The ridges along the bottom of my top front teeth? From grinding. My shorter teeth? From grinding. She said I had a 2 mm loss on some teeth!) Plus they reconfirmed I have TMD (TMJ) issues. So I was VERY glad she explained everything to me, and recommended the bite guard. She also answered all of my questions with ease and apparent knowledge.
Towards the end of my exam and cleaning, Lisa (the dentist) came in. She was very personable as well, and I instantly felt at ease with her, too. She also took the time to talk about my x-​rays and the bite guard.
My second appointment was to take care of a filling that was coming out, as well as to get impressions for the bite guard. The hygienist (a different one) was wonderfully likable and was very easy to talk to and laugh with (how can you not laugh when she is taking pictures of your teeth and gums and your lips are way stretched out?). Both her and the dentist were wonderful during both procedures.
I can honestly say this is the best dentist office I have ever been to, and I would highly recommend them to ANYONE.
