What a dump! Even for a McDonald;s this place is a Wes Craven movie (RIP). F ‘em

We eat here on occasion when in the area and want something quick. We go by here at least several times per month. It is the usual McDonalds food so no surprises there. But that is what we are looking for when we stop at any McDonalds-​no surprises! Good or bad-​no surprises. Just familiar food, served hot, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and quick service. If I want to take a chance on gourmet or something different, this is not that place. But this location, in my experience, delivers on my expectations.

I normally wouldn’t even review a fast food joint but DONT GO HERE, at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday at least. I have pretty much sworn off McDonalds but was in one those moods so I hit the drive through. It started by me waiting about 3 – 5 mins for anyone to acknowledge me to the point I almost did a lap to see if they were getting robbed or something. After that I have to give my order 3 times while the guy kept cutting me off to converse with other employees but forgetting to hit his mute button. At the payment window I had my card snagged/​run/​and handed back with no greeting (yea I feel like a moron for using a card for fast food but I forgot my cash). At least the kid handing out the food gave me a «have a good night». This solidified that I will never eat at McDonald’s for the rest of my life. I actually could understand or side with a little garbage attitude if they were getting ready to close but this is a 24 hr joint!

Stopped on just to sign some papers bought a pop which they were going to give me for free but i said i wanted to pay. Napkin dispenser empty and open. Lids all gone. Drink area a total mess. Garbage cans over flowing. All tables dirty. The bathroom looked like a crime scene. The employees are all standing around shooting the shit and they want 15 an hour. What a joke. Would never eat here

This is my hometown McDonalds and I’ve been coming here since i was a kid. Kids meals, Mighty Kids meals, this place has seen me hit puberty. JK.
Just went by here this morning and it’s been a hot minute since I was last here. A lot of other times I’ve been here, service, food, and everything else has been on point. Not so much this time.
McDonalds is the go-​to fast food place and lot of customers prefer drive thru. A really long line is what could have cause the lapse in service I’m usually accustomed too. I ordered 2 sausage burritos (BREAKFAST ALL DAY NOW :)) and a small OJ. Keep in mind, their all day breakfast is limited to most popular items so unfortunately I couldn’t get my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel.
I understand long lines at drive thru is tough to work through having been on that side before but I don’t think it’s an excuse considering the many other fast food places that go through even worse lines. I won’t hold it to them but I was definitely expecting better after coming here so often over the years.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY MCDONALD EXPERIENCE IN 35 YEARS! Nicole, who took our drive thru order, is a pure professional and a natural at generous customer service with a fabulous attitude. SHE IS A SHINING STAR OF THE MCDONALD BRAND! She needs to be given a raise and teach all McDonald employees how to maintain a positive, professional attitude-​as Nicole displayed today. Our food was fresh and hot, and our order was correct! Extremely impressed!

Really dirty. If the front is this dried — on goo sticky what does the kitchen look like?
A guy lazily wiping off tables just said, «this probably hasn’t been done since 10am.» It’s 3:30. What a dump!

This McDonalds never disappoints. Even if the workers are having an off day and get my order wrong they are always quick and happy to fix it!

This is the world’s worst McDonalds. I will never eat at this location ever again. I’d rather drive miles out of the way than eat here.
I have been here numerous times and each time I am beyond disappointed. They will never get your order right. Is it really that hard to just check an order before you send it out? I swear, not once have I ever got an order here. The staff is rude as hell. They literally make you feel as if you are just the most annoying piece of shit to walk this planet. The wait time is ridiculous. The time you spend waiting is equivalent to the amount of time you could spend driving to another McDonalds and ordering and eating the food there. Please, do yourself a favor and skip this location.

Went this evening for a large triple chese and large sweet tea. I remember now why I stopped coming here. Its draw of a convenient 24 hour drive thru and close location stop at the intercom where you wait. After waiting for someone to come on the intercom. You wait again for the cashier to finish taking orders, you relinquish your payment, then wait to receive a receipt until they are again finished with the next order. After pulling up, and waiting, You look inside to see nobody. Finally someone will grab your delicious sweet tea in the wrong size and hand it to you. As they walk away and you have more time to wait and look at your receipt you realise that when they said large back too you they were looking at the medium button. At this point you just want to leave. So as you get your bag and leave you sip your sweet tea you saw them pour out of the correct container and and shake your head in sadness. You hope your endurance is rewarded with them signature fries and burger and get warm bland sogginess.

Staff is awful. Can’t understand the lady taking orders. Keep cutting us off when trying to order. Food was fine at least.

This is consistently the worst McDonald’s of all time. Morning, noon or night, the staff here is incompetent, rude and careless. I actually would rather go miles out of the way than to stop here where my order will be wrong, every time guaranteed. Management needs to step up their game.

Food is never hot, and it can take forever at times to go through the drive through even though it has 2 lanes.

What I love about this McDonald’s most are the Happy Meal specials! I don’t always want a huge meal and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you can get a happy meal for just $ 1.99.
I also think that the smoothies here are exceptional. Sometimes the service is slow, but for the most part, this is a nice McDonald’s.

It’sMcDonald’s, what do you expect, but then again, I just usually stop by for a fruit smoothy and am always satisfied expectionally their Berry Flavor. Plus their Dual put in order windows they put in are an awsome way to get faster help, but it be nice if one of them had a stop sign to know who has the right away and who has to wait.
