OMPT Specialists

I’ve been to various physical therapists through the years for various issues. This place is as good (great) as it gets. I’d never had «manual» physical therapy, which very much differs from the traditional which they give you exercises and have you on your way. I highly recommend!

Place is a scam. First of all, their name is deceiving, not all therapists are OMPT certified (which is fine, but becomes a bit annoying when you request an OMPT certified therapist and you get a new grad therapist instead). This was not the main issue at hand. They bill inappropriately for the services that are offered, work insurances and the times they are billing for to make the most profit, leaving the patient with a higher than expected bill. Impossible to get a hold of the therapist or any management through the phone or in person. They are shady enough to not even tell you the name of the manager or owner. Carol in billing is as rude as can be, raising her voice with me over the phone with no consideration for the patient or what I was asking. I left several messages with the therapist (Lauren) and still have not gotten a call back. It’s been months later and I still can’t get a hold of anyone to talk to about the issue at hand. I will be talking to a lawyer about fraud. I would not recommend this place.
