I just went here this week for what I thought (and was confirmed) was strep throat. I was in and out in 30 minutes – which is exactly what you want from Urgent Care.
The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think they could have addressed by pain better. What I mean is that I could barely talk and made the reason for my visit clear, and yet the receptionist/​nurse continued to ask me open ended questions that required a verbal response. I wish she would have switched her approach to accommodate my pain.
Honestly, other than that, it was a dream. I will be back.

Royal Oak, MI
Went in as I couldn’t hear from my right ear. The wait was short, maybe 15 minutes. And the staff was great! If I need help again, they’ll be my go to clinic.
