They manage my Birmingham condo complex and I am so frustrated I could scream most of the time. Very inflexible about normal everyday things and even kind of gossipy. Don’t seem to have any control over the condo association and the contractors they have used have been cheap and inconsiderate. For what we pay a month — there is no way they are worth it!
