The husband and I decided to change our plans & upgrade our phones today. This was the lucky location we chose to visit. Since the husband had to work today, we arrived about an hour before they closed. I figured this was plenty of time. We called ahead, so they knew we were coming and our intentions. We were greeted by a friendly young girl name Kari. She was very sweet and helpful. She showed us the phones and explained our options well. We needed to switch to a family plan, and she got us on the phone with Customer Support. This was a bit lengthy, especially since the Rep on the phone had to speak to all of us(Kari, husband and I) and he was very difficult to understand. Kari gave us great suggestions on what would work best for us & how to save money. Once we got past that, we were able to get the transaction going. Unfortunately, we have very outdated phones, and she appeared to be somewhat new, so she had some difficulties and had questions for her coworker. The other staff member(maybe manager?), Chris, was busy with other customers. He did not seemed pleased about anything. We were there til 5:45pm, and they closed at 5pm. I felt terrible. Kari was very sweet about the whole process & thanked US for being patient. I also thanked her and apologized for keeping them late. I actually repeated the apology in front of Chris. He never looked up, never made eye contact at that moment, or at any moment. I really doubt we are the first customers to hold them past closing time. I thought he was totally rude and inappropriate. We also believe that he might have been angry that he didn’t get our sale(which included 2HTC4G Touch phones & several accessories) if they get any type of commission. The husband originally spoke to him about coming in and what our intentions were. He was busy when we walked in. Regardless of his reason, it was unnecessary. If it wasn’t for Kari’s kindness, patience, and great customer service, this would be a 1-star review.
