The most racist place I’ve EVER been in. O my god I’m white what an Asshole I must be. A guy behind the counter in the quote unquote kitchen is starring at me like I’m some scumbag for ordering food and says«can I help you«with straight attitude! I said yes make my food I’m watching you just stand there. 3 that’s right 3 people who came in after me ordered and got there food before me. And yes none of them where white. After I finally got my food I used the restroom and when I came out heard«Fuck that cracker» What the hell?! Never again

Horrible service. Never gives condiments if not asked specifically which personally i think is ridiculous. More importantly, My friend had her credit card stolen by one of the employees who used it for an online purchase and then threw out the card in the trash. The employee was arrested and fired from the establishment but just be careful.

10 – 15 minute waits in drive thru is inexcusable. I’ve only been to this location twice and it was the same issue both times. No taco is worth that kind of wait.

Orders are(usually) accurate and food is the quality you’d expect from Taco Bell. The wait at the drive-thru has been atrocious every time I’ve gone in the past few months. It’s become a running joke with my husband that one of us keeps thinking we can just«stop at Taco Bell to grab dinner» on the way home and ends up texting the other after 10 minutes in line lamenting, «I have chosen poorly.» Apparently we just don’t learn… or the need for mediocre tacos is too strong.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell, really I don’t think I need to rate the food. You know what you are getting. What is unique about this location is the atmosphere; depending on the time of year you go. Obviously during the college semesters, you see lots of students. The remaining times of the year you are sure to find an interesting group of characters at this location. Whether it’s the«entertaining» staff, the litany of 420 customers or just the locals, it’s often entertaining just to sit and people watch! Dinner and entertainment.

NOTE: No more Long John Silver’s at this location. The closest location is in Hudson(Greenport). I’ve been stopping at this Taco Bell for many years since the place opened in the 1990s. Before Taco Bell, there was an old brick house on the site that housed Rexford’s restaurant, which served great food. Located at the top of Morrison Ave, it’s a great location because it’s very close to Harvard On The Hudson(HVCC). I can remember those crazy lunch runs to/from here during my high school years, when things were very cool. I had to rush down here, get the food, and rush back. I used to consume my tacos and burritos in economics class, which was allowed by the«unnamed» teacher. Most of my other classmates would go to the Brunswick McDonald’s on Hoosick Rd, but I preferred«ringing the bell.» This place is also great for late night snacks too and I’d hit the drive thru before heading to the clubs with my crew.( ) A few years ago, this location was remodeled and cobranded with Long John Silver’s, which was on hiatus from the Capital District for several years.( ) With the Bell and LJS under the same roof, this allows me to pick up lots of greasy battered fish, fries, hush puppies, slaw, soft tacos, bean burritos, and Mexican pizza all in the same order. Free refills on self serve Pepsi fountain drinks(dine-in), score! The main reason I stop here now is explained below. Here’s a cool idea, combine the soft tacos/or burritos(without beef) and the battered fish and you’ve got FISHTACOS, similar to Rubio’s(minus the shredded cabbage & neat salsa bar). I’ve done this many times to recreate the tasty West Coast favorite. I could travel almost 3,000 miles to Cali for the«real thing,» or take a short drive to «ring the bell» for battered FISH and TACOS and combine ‘em! Mmmm good!

While I may enjoy getting a quick treat here every now and again– everytime I get in the drive thru lane I remember why I only go every now and again. The drive thru takes so long! I have easily waited at least 10 – 15 minutes on average with only 1 car ahead of me on several occasions, or even at the window. The manager at this location is very nice, even though he seems a bit abrasive at first, and more often than not, food is ok.
