THEIR ice cream is actually really good, I give it a 5, but I do not like a couple things from TCBY. The set up, and the lack of flavors. Maybe Menchies has spoiled me but I felt underwhelmed that there weren’t many options to choose from, and when I finally picked one, it wasn’t noted that it was salty! (I picked almonds).
However like I said, the ice cream is good, and they also offer non dairy, and began selections so I would most definitely come again but a few changes can make this place a big deal!

Love it! I go here all the time, used to go every Friday for Free Topping Friday! The staff is SO friendly and my favorite topping is the crunchy chocolate rocks! Unique and yummy!
What is so great about TCBY is that they offer the hand scooped froyo, not that mushy soft serve stuff! They also have a texting club and rewards card! I am a regular here, please go for a healthier alternative to ice cream!
They also offer like frappes but I can’t comment as I haven’t had one~

A TCBY is a TCBY, yes. But besides having great yogurt, this place has great service. Last week, the man behind the counter assembled and packaged all of the ingredients necessary for the sundae we were going to construct at home, including a whole bunch of maraschino cherries. Every time I’ve come here, the service just a step above everywhere else. And most recently, in need of an emergency shake, I gave the clerk carte blanche to make whatever sounded good, and it was indeed really tasty. Also, they have a great number of hand-​scooped, non soft-​serve yogurt options, which is kind of unique. It doesn’t get better than this for yogurt around these parts.

I love this TCBY. They employees are very friendly, they have a rotation of daily deals, and the product is delicious. I am always surprised that they’re busy no matter what time of day it is!

I’ve had lots and lots of independent places’ froyo in SoCal, and this is the first I’ve had in MI. I must say it’s delicious — I was thoroughly impressed and have been coming back many times in the last two weeks. Been trying to go there, get froyo, and eat it at Woodward lately to watch the cars but it generally has been disappearing before we get there! XD Service has been good; friendly people, nice-​feeling interior. Outdoor seating as well.

I go here for their Sunday Sundae deals ($ 2.99). Get the swirl frozen yogurt and choose 3 of your favorite toppings. The toppings range from chocolate chips, cocoa puffs, gummi bears, sour worms, granola, m&m, to nuts. Also your choice of caramel, hot fudge and strawberry sauces as one of the toppings. They will add whipped cream, nuts and cherry to top it all off.

The price compared to the quality is very reasonable. The yogurt-​based ice cream sounds a bit healthier. And they have specials everyday!
