I had the best iced coffee since New Orleans this past Saturday. Chicory flavored coffee, just like the Café Du Monde. Yummy!!! 2 weeks ago, I ordered a smoked turkey and brie sandwich with whole grain mustard, lettuce and tomato on whole grain bread. Doesn’t get better than this!

Really great for a small deli. The sandwiches they make are particularly great. Great cold cuts. Just don’t go in expecting a huge selection. It really isn’t super pricey either.

Great specialty meat and cheese place. Also has a rotating selection of craft beers that you can buy or bring in a growler(or another type of bottle) to have filled up. Great selection of meats and cheeses! The best part of this place is the staff! They are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Always willing to answer a question or offer a sample. Whoever did the hiring did a great job. The staff at The Grocery is a big reason why I will continue he to go back. All in all, a great spot to find some unique eats in Troy.

Lets be honest that sweet addictive elixir they are calling ice coffee is the best stuff in town and worth any drive or walk it takes to get you there. That being said they offer something that most of troy does not, a knowledgable staff and amazing meat and cheese selections perfect for ‘night in apps’. They have a good beer selection, some fresh produce, and unique imported canned/jarred foods. The Grocery has for sure upped the classiness level of Troy and I don’t hate it.

It’s not overpriced for what they carry. Great bread, dairy, kale, last minute item selection.

Went into the Grocery on Wednesday around 2pm(great to see them busy). I came in to hunt down the fixins for a cheese/charcuterie plate. After giving some direction as far as flavor to the kind sir behind the counter I was given a few tastes to help make my decisions. Knowledgeable friendly staff made my search painless and enjoyable. I was impressed by the beer selection as well. There were plenty of unique options I hadn’t even seen before and a few old faithfuls. I ended up with a 6 pack of bells best brown ale per staff recommendation and it was spot on. The produce looked great, though I didn’t need any on this trip. I did buy some gourmet chocolate. They had a few different selections, but I went for a dark chocolate made with Vermont maple syrup. Awesome. The building itself is beautiful. Awesome to see a building go from rubble to polished and welcoming business. The staff here made my experience. They also communicated specials such as turkeys and pies for Thanksgiving and a in house wine tasting in the coming weeks. Keep up the good work!
