I usually reserve my 1 star reviews for places that truly attract my ire. Usually such places are restaurants. But, today I rail on the UPS Store in the Walmart plaza. The hours are posted on the door as 8 – 6:30. It is now 8:12 and there is nobody to be seen. Have a package that needs to go out TODAY and there is nobody to open the store. This is not the first time this has happened either. I will be taking this package elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

This UPS Store has been terrible to work with. I shipped a package from this UPSSTORE on January 3rd2014 and I still don’t have an answer as to why it wasn’t delivered or where it is. I’m not blaming the store for my lost package I’m upset at how they are handling this issue. I paid $ 67 to have a 27lbs box shipped to Los Angeles. After 10 days of waiting for it I called UPS Support. They told me they would put in an investigation that would take 8 – 10 days. After 10 days I called UPS Support back. They said I needed to contact the store so I called this UPS Store where I shipped my package and they said the owner would be calling me. I never received a phone call. I called a few days later and spoke to someone who said they needed to put in an investigation. Why? So I now how to wait another 10 days. Fine. I called on Wednesday, 1⁄28 and was told I would get a call on Friday 1⁄30. No call from anyone on Friday. I called on Monday and they said I would get a call Tuesday 2⁄4 but never received a call. These people will rob you of your money, time and the package I shipped from them.
