Love Tory Burch but not the somerset store, the staff at this store are lazy and not helpful at all. Went to the store this morning and wanted this pair of shoes they did not have my size but other stores did they told me they would call me to get payment info and NEVER heard from them so I called another location and found them myself. I will never shop at this location again. I especially don’t like the older lady with blonde hair. Mind you I have quite the Tory collection so she knew exactly who I was. There I vented I feel better now don’t shop here.

My complaint is on the Tory burch staff. They are rude… Horrible horrible attitudes. Love the designer but will never enter this store unless they hire friendly people who don’t seem so prejudice.

I am a huge fan of Tory Burch, but this boutique may very well make me stop buying the brand. The staff is very disorganized and frazzled, maybe exaggerated by their lack of help. The store is VERY small, and even a few customers makes it feel claustrophobic. The inventory is terrible. I chose at least 3 styles and they had none of them in my size. The associate offered to order them, but why waste your time traveling there when you can do that yourself at home. Just my opinion, but I think the brand grew too fast in popularity and the company is not doing a very good job in keeping up with demand.

The Tory Burch Boutique at the Sommerset Collection has the worst customer service of all time. The two store managers Colleen and Whitney are quite possibly the worst managers I have ever encountered in retail. They are highly ineffective at their jobs and the rest of the sales associates seem to be afraid of them because when they go to the back they speak but when they return it is as if no one is aloud to address you. The whole atmosphere is unwelcoming and it is a complete reflection of their ability to mange. I will never shop at that boutique again and Tory Burch may have lost a customer for life!

I was disappointed with how little inventory there was. The clothes weren’t the cute ones you see on the Internet, they were more for the 50+ crowd. So few styles of shoes, also. When I walked in, there were at least three associates on the floor and not with customers and none greeted me. I had to practically jump up and down to get a pair of Reva flats to try on. The woman who finally did get me a pair asked if I was on the computer and plopped an iPad on my lap and walked away. Luckily, I am familiar with iPads and software because I had to make my way through the app and add myself as a customer and enter my own info. The associate ended up trying to pressure me into purchasing the brown boots that happened to be the only pair in the store. They really weren’t the ones I want, and I most certainly didn’t want them when it took all my might to get them on. Ugh

I would agree with the other reviewer with regards to the overall friendliness if the staff based upon my previous interactions, BUTTODAYWASDIFFERENT. Colleen was an amazing sales associate. The store was jammed with people, but she was patient and courteous despite running back and forth for shoes multiple times. Basically, it seems to be hit or miss at this Tory store
