Just across the street from the Truchas highway mural. I am one of 74 artists in this co-op. It’s crammed with stuff, some great stuff and some really bad stuff but it’s a Co-op, democracy in action and a great place to spend money with NOSALESTAX. Stop here for a bathroom break if nothing else. Open 10 to 5 everyday. Nice volunteers work here and can give you local information. Bottled water, sodas and tea available. Highlights include hand woven wool rugs, jewelry, Bill Loyd’s bells, traditional weaving, pottery, Gerrard Durand wooden bowls, Sally Delap John paintings, Mary Hockenberry photographs, Betsy William’s little plates, Kathryn Blackmun’s whimsical tiles and plates, Jean Nichol’s watercolors, handmade soap wrapped in high road illustrated papers, gourd art, prints, cards and tchotchkes.
