Heat Tech goes above and beyond. Our heater is the only source of heat in the house and the home was at 61 degrees. When we got a hold of Heat Tech, they were at our home within 2 hrs. Found the issue was a part that needed to be replaced, but they did not have it in their repair truck. They made a trip to RENO to get the part and came back the next day. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond for our repair.

I’ve called these guys a couple of times and they always come out within a few hours. So far they’ve replaced a thermostat that failed and have cleaned and checked my furnace and when it wasn’t working and got it working again. Nice father and son team with mom running the office.

Steve and his sons are the BEST you could ever get. I run Second Home Care and we use them exclusively for our high maintenance fussy clients. He gets the job right the first time. Super reliable and honest. That is huge in a small town. Best rates in town make them the best choice every time.

Honest, knowledgeable, friendly service. Steve struck me as a mild-​mannered engineer, and explained each step of what he was testing and observing as he ran our heater through its paces to discover the problem. Half an hour later problem was solved and we had heat again. What more can you ask for than polite service and reasonable rates? :)

This company is awesome. Sandie running the front office got us an appointment scheduled right away. Peter (Steve’s son) showed up on time. He is friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the issue right away. Peter ordered the parts to our 17 year old furnace and a week later installed them. We have a working heater now. Just a pleasure to deal with and will be giving them some more business when we install a new AC unit in our TD home this spring.

Run by Steve Davis and his wife Sandie who are both a pleasure to deal with. We telephoned at about 8:30 in the morning and Sandie consulted with Steve who said he could be to our house at 11:00 AM. He arrive punctually and quickly diagnosed our problem. It was the fan motor and he replaced it with one he had in his truck. He was here about an hour, and the total charge, including the new motor, was under $ 400. I very highly recommend this company for any HVAC repairs or service.
