Linda assisted my husband and I in doing a very extensive search and analysis for our home purchase in Truckee. We accomplished very much in a short period of time due to her knowledge of the market, area and responsiveness. I would certainly use Linda for another real estate transaction in the area. As a Realtor myself my expectations tend to be very high and she exceeded them at every corner.

Linda and Garrison assisted me in selling my vacation home in Tahoe Donner. We received an offer on the house within the first week it was listed and their negotiating skills were amazing. I really felt that they were working for me to get the best price for my property and to make the whole transaction go as smoothly as possible. We closed escrow in less than a month. Since this was a vacation home for me, and I didn’t live in the area, Linda and Garrison helped me through the process and handled such tasks as coordinating contractors/​service providers for minor repair work, cleaning, and moving furniture. I couldn’t have done it without them! They get top marks from me for their excellent listing services, communication throughout the process, and professionalism.
