I have worked with MD construction for years, he has built my last two homes which included some custom furniture, doors and cabinets (all done in house by MD construction). They have the ability to do everything from more entry level homes to ultra high end fully custom «the sky is the limit» projects. Their prices are very fair and their quality is exceptional.

Mike spent numerous hours late at nights with us to go over the project. He took time to see what we had in mind, and helped us find the best pieces and material that fit our budget and style. The craftsmanship in all the wood work, tiles, cabinets, doors, window frames, painting and every piece of the house is outstanding, thanks to Mike’s talented team who work for him directly, the subcontractors he hires, and his thorough check on the work all the time.
The end result is a beautiful home that my family and I love spending every minute of our times at.

Mike Nethersole at MD Construction is tremendously knowledgeable and a bit of an artist. He has been able to create building details that confound even the architects that designed them. As past president of the Contractors Association of Tahoe Truckee and winner of numerous awards for Builder of the Year, he has an excellent reputation for building quality buildings complete with individual special touches that make a huge difference in the end product. For residential construction of a dream home — he is your guy. I should know, he built my home in Tahoe Donner in 2003 and my wife and I are still in love with the results!
