Responsive, Reliable and Wonderfully Successful. Paragon Pest has been our go to service for the past few years. I’m embarrassed we haven’t reviewed them before, but thrilled to do so now.
Our home is in Tahoe Donner. We have been battling all of the critters — carpenter ants, infestations of chipmunks and who knows what.
Joe and his team have been wonderfully responsive and helpful. Sometimes just providing excellent suggestions. Sometimes treating spot issues. And sometimes helping us battling big issues.
Recommend without any reservations.

I rarely write reviews but these guys were great. We had bed bugs at our vacation home in Tahoe City and they were at the property and resolved the issue the next day. The crew was in touch with me throughout the process. The manager who wasn’t even at the property called me to discuss the issue and my options. Unlike other Tahoe area companies, they didn’t try to take advantage of second home owners by charging outlandish fees for their service. I highly recommend this company.

We were experiencing huge spiders, scorpions, and other creepy crawlies and decided on Paragon. We were serviced same week and the staff on the phone and onsite were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We will definitely use Paragon again in the future!

We had a big nest in our crawl space
Joe came out and I described what I had seen, and he told me it was probably a squirrel nest that was no longer active. Then he walked around the house with me and pointed out problem areas where critters might get in. And he didn’t charge me for the visit.
