Terrible, unreliable service, not even a response. Do not trust them unless you can go without wood. We ordered wood in November and it was never delivered. We called multiple times. They never answered and had no option to leave a message. They never responded to emails. They sent a confirmation of receipt of our order, but never notified us that they had not intention of delivering wood.

I purchased a new wood stove that takes only 14 inch or smaller logs. I tried a number of firewood dealers in the area but none carried or would try and get that size. Greg of Reno Truckee Firewood offered to call his supplier in Oregon to see if he would cut some for me. End result, I got the wood on time and they stacked it so well… I even took a picture of it. I would definitely use them again. Very professional company.
