Apple Store

Apple is a horrible amd greedy company who loves to find ways to screw you.
I hesitated going here because of past experiences and they lived up to my expectations.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I really like this store. They got a nice employees. I’ve been waiting for this to happen a long time, I wanted to go here every day and I don’t have time for it. They got really good products and their products is clean. The Problem is The Bluetooth speakers and headphones (Beats and Bose) are not setup yet.

They are Great I went because my cellphone has some issues and shut off randomly but they changed my phone for a new one the same day the technician Dave Travers is awesome very professional

My iPhone 6 had a touchscreen which was intermittently not working. I was able to replicate the issue in front of a courteous Apple Store employee and she informed me my phone was still under warranty. After 45 minutes and a free repair, I had a working phone. I will be coming back to this store because of the awesome no nonsense service!

Fine service from the woman we were working with. But I’ve gotta take stars off for the «Bye Felicia!» I heard from another sales guy as we left the store. Probably not a great idea to be throwing that one at customers.

I called the store and asked the woman if she could please look up the in store availability on a product. She informed me that the employees «do not work on commission so you should just look it up online.» I asked her if it was too much of a hassle for her to look it up (even though the menu when you call gives you the option to speak to someone about in store availability) to which she rudely responded yes. Isn’t that part of your job, regardless if you work on commission? Terrible customer service without even stepping foot in the store!

I went to purchase an iPhone 6 and ended up returning it the next day. I bought the iPhone 6 at full retail price (around $ 800) and was not compensated for my defective iPhone 5. They told me I would only get an educators discount on an iPad or MacBook. Seriously I am outraged at this! I bought the phone then ended up being giving the wrong color, so I switched it for the right one. Then I went home with my new iPhone 6 and it didn’t even work. So the following day I returned it for a full refund but these idiots charged the purchase to a credit card account I don’t even own!!! How does that happen??? I didn’t have to sign for the purchase either when I bought the iPhone 6. This seriously concerns me, an amount that high and the fact it showed up on my pending transitions in my mobile banking but it wasn’t even charged to me on the receipt. Be careful with the employees at this store…

I had a really good experience here. Made a reservation for my iPhone 5s that had the face plate coming right off its poor iPhone body. They diagnosed it an hour later with a swollen battery (!!) and offered me a new phone, because I was still under manufacturer warrantee. I’d stupidly never backed up, but gave them permission to try to repair the phone and risk losing all my info. Instead of doing that, they showed me why I was never able to back up and sent me home, telling me they’d hold my new phone for a week.
I backed up (it took 7 hours) and returned to the store several days later-​sans reservation. They set up my new (non refurbished) phone and everything magically appeared. I found the staff extremely helpful, friendly, and competent despite being insanely busy both times I was there. A couple tips – be on time for your reservation and be prepared to wait and meander around the mall. And BACK UP your device. It’ll save time and peace of mind.
I’m going to return with my notebook that won’t turn on and maybe the Apple worker bees can help.
