I’ve never worked with these guys but I just called without paying a dime and had a great conversation with some great advice about what to check on my washer before they even come out to look. If I need anything repaired I’m absolutely calling them back.

I read the last review. The owner might not be warm and fuzzy. But they give great service and are available at a moment notice. Even weekends. I have used them for 15 years. Great company. Not trying to make friends just needs reliability and they have it

Our family has been a satisfied customer of J B Appliance for over 30 years. Jim and his staff are courteous, helpful and accommodating. They are prompt and honest. When I married and moved a couple towns away they still came to install/​service my appliances. That is excellent customer service. I have purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from Jim and he has not steered me wrong. These machines were purchased on his recommendation for durability and that they are. I also have a subzero and Miele dishwasher that they have serviced with excellent results. Their pricing is reasonable and comparable if not better than other appliance repair companies. I highly recommend the services of J B Appliance.
