Made an appointment here, was ten minutes late, and when I showed up I had to ask three different people about my appointment. Finally I was told my appointment had been given away because I was«so late» and hadn’t called to say I was coming, even though I’d just confirmed the appointment the night before. As I left I told the receptionist laughing at me shop I turned and let her know I don’t have time for unprofessionalism today. DONOTGOHERE. EXTREMELYDISORGANIZEDRUDESTAFF.

Terrible customer service, not one employee there willing to help figure out options. I have been in there a few times and never leave feeling happy. I will be going elsewhere for my families eye needs. I do not recommend using this place. Save yourself the frustration

Save your Sunday! I went to the mall on Sunday to get glasses;I got there as soon as the mall opened and beelined into LensCrafters in order to be the first customer. My thought was quick in and out. I didn’t walk out with my new glasses until 6pm. I literally Spent my whole Sunday getting jerked around. The Script wasn’t ready, they sized my glasses earlier to save time but my profile«forgot to be saved», I was told I had to wait an hour + for the glasses– which was fine, but after waiting an hour they still weren’t ready! Don’t let this happen to you— just go somewhere else and save a Sunday and sanity!

Wow, you would think that because this place is a chain store that they would be good at their job. I walk in, there are only two persons working and they were with customers which is fine and I wait at the desk for 20 minutes. Not once did one of the employees tell me how long the wait is going to be/someone will be with me/sorry for the wait/etc. So I ask. I get an eye roll, a sigh, and an exasperated, «Keep waiting Mam’, we will get to you eventually.» RUDE! When they finally get to me I asked about the glasses my mom ordered and they tell me there that the order was delayed because they were out of the frame. So even though they told me to be there on that specific day, they neglected to call me to let me know it was going to take longer, thus wasting an entire trip.
