Slowest service I’ve seen in my life. I’m in the shoe department right now & I’ve been waiting for 22 minutes to get the other shoe from storage so I can buy them & leave… ridiculous

Love this store. Associates in the dress department always put coupons through for me. Better selection than the other department stores at this mall if you are looking for slightly higher end clothing.

I have been shopping at Lord & Taylor for years, but only recently have I realized how to benefit from their credit card. I have recently become a première customer which means I no longer have to save the coupons that are sent to me in the mail. Because I am a première customer my purchase is automatically discounted at check– out. So now I can take advantage of the sale price and then also get my automatic discount at check — out. Basically you can stack their coupons!

Shopped here over the weekend … Haven’t gone to l&t in awhile and was quickly reminded why … I passed not one not two but five employees that didn’t bother to help not even look my way … Shame they were all talking to each other. One women brushed me off. I later saw her downstairs she had clocked out and had a coat on talking to another employee on the clock ! Like really !!! Too bad I won’t shop there … Not worth it … I go to Bloomingdales where it’s nicely stocked and employees pay u mind

Nice place, the unfortunate thing is that some of the staff there not a good reflection of their brand, one of their make up young employee was making fun of one of your customers that spent couple of good dollars there, mocking her walking in high heals. Well that customer was my wife and I was walking way behind. Too bad. Almost a Walmart type environment but not all staff at all. The young lady in the dresses area happily steamed my wife’s dress which what you come to expect from this type of retailer.
Too bad. Hope the manager reacts to this opportunity.

They keep a 70% clearance rack for Men’s Suits all year round. There really isn’t much more I can write. If you enjoy a good suit and wear them to work, then you should start your shopping here. Even if you don’t find a size, you’ll probably find a decent suit for $ 300.
I refuse to believe that you should spend more than that for an everyday suit. Now you can go high end with a Brioni, Valentino, or Cerruti, but you wouldn’t be shopping at Lord & Taylor if you could afford that.

This store has deteriorated. Dress department is still excellent, but shoe department is not well stocked. sales people seem overwhelmed and take what seems like forever to find anything. The last 3 times I visited, none of the shoes I selected from the floor were in stock. Size 7 must be a popular shoe size. Perhaps the store should concentrate on a smaller display and better inventory. If I want potluck selection, I go to the Marshall’s shoe superstore. You can always score there!
