Very friendly place. The Maple Bacon, mint chip and coffee toffee ice cream was yummy!

This place(now called Savory and Sweet Escape) has OUTSTANDING ice cream. It’s packed with people but well worth the wait! I had a Skinny dish of cookie dough ice cream and it was amazing. They have so much to choose from, and some really bizarre sounding flavors that I hope to try one day. There are lots of tables and seats outside so this is a perfect place to kick back and enjoy dessert.

Took the advice of a guide book and found this place on a Tuesday night. Was tough to find since the name must’ve recently changed from Highland Creamery. Can’t tell you what it is now. It was definitely busy, 15 – 20 minute wait to order. But it was great. The menu on the wall was unreal. It was an incredible assortment of ice cream, the variety of which I don’t think I’ve seen anywhere else. Since I was on the Cape, I ordered a cranberry ice cream sundae with marshmallow topping. It comes in a tall cup, with the marshamallow layered in between scoops of ice cream. The price was the same as what you’d expect at any roadside ice creamery. But the quality was leaps and bounds ahead of your normal roadside Cape ice cream stand.
