Dr. Bertelsen and his staff are knowledgeable and kind. We had a difficult week with our CKD cat crashing and ultimately passing with the help of Dr. B. Throughout this whole crisis, Dr. B and his staff gave us all the treatment options and honestly gave us the poor prognosis. We tried everything until it became clear that it was time to say goodbye. Throughout, the pricing for Dr. B was on the low end of the spectrum that we’ve seen over the years at other vets.
The most important thing: never did I feel frustrated with or mistrustful of Dr. B or his staff. His front desk and vet techs are top notch; extremely knowledgeable and very comforting throughout this past week. Dr. B never misled us regarding the condition and certainly never made us feel like he was upselling us on any treatments or testing.
It has been so hard to say goodbye. But with Dr. B and our specialist Dr. Franklin’s help, we were able to give our girl the best chance at turning her crash around. When that was not possible, Dr. B helped us humanely and peacefully say goodbye.
Highly recommend this doc and clinic. So grateful that we ended up here during our crisis.

Dr Lynn Bertelsen is everything we want in a vet. He has a wonderfully caring manner, both towards the animals and towards the owners. He even follows up with phone calls to inquire about how the patient is doing when necessary. Everyone in the office is friendly and courteous and they make you feel like a part of their ‘family’ when you visit. Our cat had to have surgery recently and I felt confident leaving her in Dr Bertelsen’s capable hands. Kitty is mending amazingly well after her op and I highly recommend Dr Bertelsen if you are looking for a vet that really goes the extra mile.

We have been taking our animals to Lynn Bertelsen for over 40 years. He now has opened Tualatin Park Veterinary Clinic in the same location he has been all these years. We know Lynn as the most caring and loving veterinarian. He has cared for and helped us heal through losing, 6 dogs and 6 kitties. We now have two golden retrievers, one 4 yrs and one 11 weeks and will continue trusting Lynn with their care. We would unconditionally recommend Lynn and his wonderful staff to care for your animals.
