Cody and Dan at this establishment are the men they saved my day saved my night and if they’re not supervisors right now there’s something wrong they stayed late help me with my tire and rim they saved my night thank you guys you guys should be managers or people should take lessons from you guys to your kind

Knowledgable and helpful, the assistant manager, I forget his name but a Hispanic fellow was wonderful, even helped install my burnt out headlight I will definitely be back!

I had another great experience with another O’Reilly Auto Parts store in the metro area. This store is located on the west side of town, immediately across the street and south of the big Haggen supermarket and the Tualatin WES station.
The employee helped me with a free testing service that they do, as do other auto parts stores, and provided a printout. The employee wanted to make sure that he covered various bases and that I left satisfied and informed. Again, when dealing with auto parts and supplies issues, it’s always better to be conversant about the situation with your car. Also, as a small line of customers was forming, I pointed this out but was reassured there were other employees on hand. They saw to it that other customers had their transactions rung up quickly.
Note that you cannot access this location from SW Boone’s Ferry Rd. because of the WES train tracks continuing alongside it. That’s what I tried to do. To access this O’Reilly store, continue west on SW Tualatin-​Sherwood Road and then turn left at the first signal.
