Pizza Hut

I just tried to order online, for some reason my card was declined even though there is money in my account. I called the pizza place back to reorder and just make sure my card was run correctly. But the boy on the phone was really rude, he said «I don’t have any control over the internet or your bank account». It’s bad enough they can’t run my card correctly the first time but to be rude when all I wanted to do was give the company my money? Nope not a good idea, we will not be ordering again.

Ok first of all I just want to say how much I resent having to give a star in the first place-​since they deserve negative stars. EVERY TIME I’ve ordered pizza here the pizza is so undercooked that the toppings almost always come off as soon as you try to remove it from the box, and that is with the hand tossed crust. The pan crust is delivered raw and doughy, so it’s definitely not an option. I’ve had to ensure my husband stops ordering from here since the pizza is never cooked thoroughly.
The only redeeming factor is that they have a couple of ingredients that other places dont (i.e. Peruvian chili peppers and drizzles). Other than that, I would never order here.
As a teenager I worked for Pizza Hut in another state, and the quality was very good. I know the temperature that the ovens were set for and can remember how long it took to cook them, so it makes me wonder if this location undercooks in order to get the pizza out faster? I do know they don’t seem to care and have no idea what quality means.
We have tried everything possible to eliminate the problem, like only getting 1 topping, no drizzle, light sauce, and change of crust. But it always comes in the same-​slimy crust that wasn’t cooked through.
We’ve stopped ordering from here and taking our business to their competitors for the most part, but last night we ordered here because of price. I was hoping to give them one last slice. And as usual, I wasn’t pleasantly disappointed. Pizza toppings slid right off of my husbands first slice, and my slice was slimy.
The people running the restaurant don’t seem to care about their customers, judging by all of the complaints on here and other sites-​so I’m not only going to be in contact with their manager, but also the corporate office. So that even though I will never order here again, hopefully other possible customers might get better quality pizza. If this doesn’t work, I truly urge anyone reading this to do what I’m doing-​that way, either corporate will either fix it or no business will.
As for me, I will be taking my business and money to the competition from now on. I would rather spend a couple of dollars more and get my food cooked through.

Pizza was so doughy and raw in the middle that it completely disintegrated when you tried to pick it up. Thought they were going to redeem themselves when I called and they had another one delivered. I specifically asked them to make sure it was cooked thoroughly. When it arrived, it was just as bad as the first one. With such poor quality, they will probably be going out of business soon anyway.

Horrible, horribke, horrible. Would give them ZERO stars if I could. I have ordered delivery several times each time hoping the last order screw up was a fluke.

Order (and this was the deal breaker): 15 minutes past guaranteed delivery time an still no order, called them and they said driver was on the way… 30 minutes later order delivered and the cheesesticks and pizza dough were raw dough inside!

In this game three strikes your out! Child #1 wanted a Hawain, they are out of pineapple. Excusable. Child #2 wanted garlic chicken, we were told they don’t have those. Wondering at this point if you have Parmesan Garlic sauce and grilled chicken, do we need to send you the instructions? We would not have hung up so rudely if the operator wasn’t talking to me like I was fresh off the lobotomy table!

Went to eat here for lunch on a saturday afternoon, the place was completely empty and we were quickly greeted by the server instructing us they were closed due to a large group coming in. I’ve eaten here a couple times before, the small TVs in the corner are usually off and there’s a nice long wait for your food ~25min. The times I’ve been previously there was maybe 1 or 2 other groups in the whole restaurant, which should tell you something. The location is kind of hidden off Tualatin Rd. The freshness of the salad bar is subpar. The pizza is usually overly greasy. There’s nothing special about this location at all. Most likely wont return. Congrats PH you just earned 1 star!

I wouldn’t even give this horrible place one star but it’s the only way I could write a review. Horrible customer service and quoted delivery time was over 30 mins late. Called to complain and the gal I talked to was rude and the driver was even worse. Will NEVER order from them again!

I went in for the $ 5 lunch buffet with a friend. There was only 1 waitress, but she was very good and kept everything stocked. The pizza, pasta, and bread sticks were constantly being refreshed. I got up 3 different times, and each time there was something different to try.

The driver took it upon him self to add a 1 to the $ 8 tip I had already giving him when using my card. The manager was an a*# will never order from them again ! Seriously why would I give someone an $ 18 tip to deliver 5 blocks !! Never again !!

My fiancée and I have gave them 3 chances. The first time they were 30 minutes later than the time they quoted us. The next time they got our order completely wrong, and finally the last time they did not bring all our items we bought and we had to wait 20 minutes for the food we were missing. We tried the mini pizzas and they are not worth even buying, they are made very sloppily and do not have really any of the items we ordered on it.

Manager. Get a clue how to run this place. Inept staff. uInsufficient staff. Oven burning pizzas. Waiting 45 mins. Line inside and drive up 5 – 6 deep each
Better luck later in year with using them. I’d give them a 3 star.

Have only been here once to eat-​in since we moved back to this neck of the woods. The service is slow and the people behind the counter seem to be more interested in having fun than serving food. For some reason Hut pizza gives me major heartburn. Even take-​out takes forever, they say it will be ready in 20 minutes but then you wait another 10 when you get there.

I was craving some stuffed crust pizza to go along with football last night and since I had a coupon, I thought I would give this Pizza Hut a try. I don’t think Pizza Hut makes great pizza at all, but I must say that this location made the freshest tasting Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. Maybe it’s an Oregon vs. California thing, but I would probably order from this PH again.
The best thing about last night’s pizza? I was able to place the order and use my coupons completely online. I was given a 30-​minute delivery window and my pizza arrived within 25 minutes.

Why am I reviewing a Pizza Hut in Tualatin you may ask? Why… because it is the only eat in Pizza Hut for miles and miles of Portland. Pizza Hut pizza is okay in general, but more importantly it is a part of my childhood. Having it delivered, and eating it on paper plates in your living room just doesn’t cut it. When I walk into the Pizza Hut in Tualatin I am transported to my youth. The glow from the salad bar, the heat from the pizza oven, the smell of stale crust, John Cougar Mellencamp blaring from the jukebox… that is the stuff that MAKES a Pizza Hut.
So what if the service is so-​so (but nice), even when you are the only customers. The pizza is pretty good — it’s piping hot, they pile on the toppings, and the ingredients are fresh because they do a kickin’ delivery business. To me it is just worth going all the way down there to get the true Pizza Hut experience. It makes me feel 10 again even though I usually forget to get a temporary tattoo out of the machine before I leave.
