Lots of selection of cooking gear. Very similar to The Kitchen Collection that is in many outlet malls. However, the staff was very kind and helpful with a small town feel in the heart of Tubac, AZ.

This is a cooking tool lover’s delight. Short of a restaurant supply, no other store comes to mind that stocks as large a selection of quality kitchen accessories. The prices are OK too — no huge bargains, but they don’t do massive markups like stores often do at touristy locations.

Pacific Palisades, CA
I am an advocate of the people. The store had lots of cooking supplies, but seriously, when I heard the woman who was either the manager or owner talk to the sales staff in such a snarky and condescending way, I decided not to make any purchases there. I suppose that the people put up with it because of the few job opportunities in the area. Please, a little respect for the people who you make a living off their backs.

Who would have thought that you could find a kitchen gadget store to rival Williams Sonoma or Sur La Table right here in little olé Tubac. They have every possible thing you might want for your gourmet cooking needs: pots and pans, small appliances, cooking utensils, gourmet seasonings and oils, dishware… the list goes on and on. The prices were on par with what you would expect and it was great to support a local business. I also loved the fact that they carried Stonewall Kitchen products.

Neat little place. Could easily rival other cook stores in phoenix or bigger cities. Did not expect to find such a nicely laid out store in Tubac. Bough an onion saver from here. Works okay.

Green Valley, AZ
This store is loaded with goodies for the Kitchen/​Baking/​Cooking fan. Even my husband was eying things like specialty coffee makers. From the smallest, most inexpensive cooking tool to specialty dishware and knives they’ve got it. Love the local ‘Arbuckels’ coffee, their ‘Sledgehammer’ blend is a new favorite. They have a wide selection of Southwestern themed items that are useful and not kitschy so we like to make this a stop for visitors when we take them to Tubac. Always something new, interesting and useful to find in this store. Plan to spend time browsing!

Tumacacori-Carmen, AZ
If Tumacookery doesn’t have what you want, they will be happy to get it for you! They have a wonderful selection of various cooking gadgets as well as higher end cooking appliances, local spices and condiments, cookbooks. I always find something I can’t live without. Tumacookery is a family owned business and it shows. Very friendly and helpful staff. My out of town friends love this store!

Fun, unique, darling (yet gnarly) cooking store. In addition to everything you need, there is ample supply of what you didn’t know you needed! No wimpy gadget store this, but rather a serious/​casual cooks candy store. Plan to spend some time here!

Portland, OR
This is a fun little shop with many little gadgets to choose from. While some of these items can be found in many stores there were some little gems that I had not seen before.
I’m always looking for a new gadget for a gift for my mom. I found some little trinkets in this store that she just loved. A couple of small measuring cups and a small wisk or two for her many kitchen stashes.
It was amazing how many different products they could get in this compact store.
What a fun adventure.

Phoenix, AZ
Another adorable little shop in «Downtown Tubac». Most of the inventory can be bought at any kitchen store but it’s the little things in between that make this shop special. We found some local spices, coffee and more. Definitely worth a look and keep an eye out for the little things. Sooo worth it!
