A client of mine needed an emergency repair right before he left town for the Easter weekend. He called citron. They were responsive, reasonable, and I will recommend them going forward. Stay away! Will give them a zero if it’s available. Serviceman chipped my expensive Kallista sink after installing new faucets. Workmanship was poor too because now the plumbing stuck out from my pedestal sink. Tisch Chiley on the phone asked me to email photo and manager will get back to me. Sent my photos in, never heard back. Followed up with letter and phone calls, never responded. Totally unacceptable for a company this big. Either fire the manager Fabrice Gueye or this company has zero integrity.
I showed a plumbing valve that I said had been dripping. The guy just told me I needed a new valve without even checking it. I had somebody else looked at it and found out the valve was just not tightened enough.
Disgusted!

I had a toilet and a leaky kitchen sink that needed repairs. It wasn’t an emergency so they came the next day after I called. Was very nice did a good job fixing both and didn’t take forever so it wasn’t too expensive. If your in White Plains and need a plumber, call Citron
