Absolutely the best service bar none, sweet staff and gorgeous décor to boot!
I had a horrible haircut and Joey turned it around, with very little to work with. I am always amazed by how beautiful my already perfect wife looks after visiting Joey!
She always brags about how healthy her hair feels and looks since she has been coming for color and cuts at Navona…
