Called to place a phone order at 3:30 and was told by the owner without a hint of regret that she was just about to close (they close at 6). Why did you answer the phone?
I’d seen the owner in action in the store before and got the sense she wasn’t really pleasant to deal with, but I luckily avoided dealing with her until now.
They have a counter worked who is great. She should be promoted to manager and the owner should stay home.
