I have been a loyal customer for 1 year now. Received a voicemail yesterday to call them. I called them today and they told me I had a $ 98 balance. I told them I sent the check on Monday (which I did) since I had received the bill on Friday. I have NEVER been late on a payment. I told them the bill isn’t due until June 1^st. Then I asked them when it was due. She said June 1^st but they have to call to collect. Why call 2 ½ weeks before it’s due to collect? I will be finding a new pest control company.

Never showed up after I hired them. I have 6 units and I even gave them a lockbox code. the person who answered the phone could find anything on my company and said that a manager could not as well. When I finally spoke to a manager they said they were waiting for me to reply to an email they sent me… no email at all. They were rude and lost my business. They are going to loose my residential business tomorrow when they open. Liars

Arrow exterminators has a model based on keeping bugs out of the house. I asked what about the bugs that are already in the house. they will only treat the windows and not the house. I asked multiple times to solve the problem. They will tell you on the phone they will not spray the baseboards. When another person came out, he sprayed a bug in the top of the closet without thinking about the spray that would fall on the pillows, terrible!
I told them I didn’t want to use their service anymore and they held me to a one year contract and told me I had one more treatment remaining that must be completed and paid. I told them to not come to the house and they did anyway, treated the outside of the house and billed me the final payment. I would think long and hard before using this company. Zone Pest Solutions is a local company that provides the good customer service that you will want to keep.

Marty was the best! He was extremely personable, professional and early to his appointment. He had his report in our hands before he even left! Would gladly welcome both Marty, and his services in my home!
