Edible Arrangements

I would not recommend ordering any fruit arrangements from this store. The owner is not professional and does not have any integrity. I ordered a large basket for a friend and they delivered what clearly was a small basket because they didn’t think we would actually ever see it. However, I was able to send pics to corporate of the basket before and after it was unwrapped along with a pic of what I actually ordered… major difference! The store manager apologized and offered to re-​send the basket the next day. However, the OWNER of the store called us back the next day after 4pm and said that she was not sending out another basket. she was rude and obnoxious, citing the reason for not following through on what the store manager said as,“because I’m the owner of the store.” She decided that all she wanted to give us was a box of fruit instead. We told her that we wanted nothing else from their store except the credit for the difference between a small basket and a large one and that we would let everyone know how poorly they do business. I have never had this experience with any other Edible Arrangement locations before and we order often.
