Customer service is awful. I had a scheduled appointment close to closing time. Arrived 4 minutes late because the location is really in a bad place crossed by i-285.I heard the nurses telling each other: «no more one» in order not to take patients and go home early.
Lack of kindness and professionalism. In addition to that the place does not have restroom on site, you need to go far away in the building.
So, if you want a good experience don’t go there, they seem lazy and definitely mean, considering that they will take care of your health screening, be advised.

The actual blood draw and physical appearance of the place is ok but service is very slow and front desk lady is rude. She wasn’t helpful, friendly, or professional. I’ve always been going to Quest but since I moved, I was looking for somewhere closer. I wonder if all labcorp is this bad.
