First time trying Marco’s pizza and was a bit disappointed, even though the flavor of the pizza was good it was to greasy for my taste.

I have ordered from there a few times, customer service has completely gone down the drain! They send you these coupons where it says that you can order«ANYMEDIUMSPECIALTYPIZZA» for a set price, come to find out that it depends on the specialty pizza — the coupon does not apply to the specialty pizzas with«more ingredients» the lady told me on the phone(but nowhere on the coupon this information is mentioned!) — the manager wouldn’t even talk to me, told the woman who picked up the phone to tell me that the coupon did not apply because«The Works has more ingredient» — OK then — mention that on the coupon, You– the manager, — have the decency to apologize about YOUR mistake, and compensate your customer ;) — Complete fail in the customer service department, definitely won’t be doing business with them anymore.

Just ordered from here. What happened to the good service I used to receive? I guess it went down the toilet. I ordered a large pizza and bbq wings. I received hot wings. I called to let them know and the manager stated they would send more wings and could keep the other wings. This was after he offered to give me a store credit by remembering his name. Yeaa, naa I’ll pass send me the correct wings. So the delivery guy comes and asks to see the wings before he gives me the correct wings. Like I lied or something. Im like guy I paid for this not YOU. I won’t be ordering from them again. Oo and the chick on the phone did not know what she was doing.

We typically order from here without issue, but unfortunately tonight they lost a loyal customer. We ordered a pizza and a salad. Took over an hour for the pizza to arrive(cold), forgot the salad and when we call the store they offer no explanation. They state the driver must deliver another order and return the salad to us later. Keep in mind we have already been waiting for over an hour for dinner. The cherry on top of it all had to be the fact that they placed us on hold to laugh with each other in the background. We are in the industry and find it unforgivable to treat your customers with such disrespect. Never Again.

First time there… several months ago. Ordered items online. When I got there, the manager wanted to argue with me about availability of certain items. He even invited me to show him where it said those items on their website, like I made them up. Fast forward… Ask for a pizza with broccoli, the person says, «Does the menu say we have broccoli?» I apologize despite the sarcastic remark. The employee takes my order. I ask for my paper cup for a drink… she says wait 15 minutes. I had to remind her I ordered a fountain drink. I wait in the restaurant for my to go order… sitting with my daughter by the register the whole time, waiting for my order. After waiting a while and noticing my order up on the shelf, I go up right in front of the register. The next employee asks me for my name and asks me for my order. Not sure how you guys can’t keep track of my order… there were only 5 customers in the whole place, with 6 – 8 employees!!! So apparently the person who took my order put my order under Renee??? My food was half way cold. I asked why it was placed under the Renee. The kid says, «The girl was new… not sure what to tell you.» Well Mr. Marco… being sarcastic… my business is gone forever. Good luck and my recommendation after spending 10 years in food service, focus on employee training and quality assurance on the employee guest relations. Peace.

Ordered online(picked up on drive-thru window). Ordered a thin crust ‘garden’ specialty pizza, plus an order of cheesy bread. The pizza was perfectly crispy, delicious, the feta made a perfect combination with the veggies without being overpowering. the cheesy bread was better than expected. I used an online coupon combo(pizza, and cheesy bread) that came out cheaper than just buying the pizza. Just a heads up, marcos sends out coupons through the mail as well. I would definitely come again.

Suprisingly fresh and delicious! Had Italian sub lightly baked(smashed w/flat iron) and it was mouth-watering…garden salad w/greek vin was tasty… will be ordering take-out from here regularly… also delivery guy professional… ordered online
