Great selection of sneakers. I took advantage of the ‘buy one pair get the 2nd at half price’ special. I also appreciated the friendly customer service. No complaints here!

I love shoes! I have been shopping around for some sandals for the summer for a while. I found them plus more.
Once I walked in the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Later while I was still shopping another associate approached me and asked if I was still doing okay. It was my lucky day when I heard and actually paid attention to the next announcement «you have 17 minutes left to get your shoes buy one get one half off» I was a little kid in the candy store. This was my first visit and will not be my last :-)

30 minutes and 3 employees to return a pair of shoes with a receipt and they still can’t give me my money back.

Clearly the employees in this place recieved NO customer service training. I counted over 7 employees restocking the shelves and wondering around. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE and not 1 employee acknowledged me! One of the girls even stared at me looking around unable to find something and acted like she was too busy unloading a box to offer help. Plus, their HUGE clearance sale they advertised in the window was non-​existant.
