U.S. American Deli

Wings were way too salty, wings seemed old, oil was yellow on bottom of styrofoam box. They don’t have much business and I see why. Wont be going back!

One of my fav American Deli’s and the first one I ever been to 3yrs ago. It’s ran by a couple and they literally do everything themselves. The mild wings are delicious.

Just good ass wings and fries. Not affiliated with the American Deli chain but this places wings are way better in my opinion. Everything is cooked fresh to order and their wings are so good. I will definitely be back

This small storefront adjacent to Dunkin’ Donuts never drew much attention from me, but the Northlake area traffic was bad and I was hungry, so I decided to give it try. Not much money was spent on decorating the inside, but the prices are decent for what you get. The staff was friendly and pleasant, but the person taking my order knew his English was limited. He communicated by pointing at the menu to make sure he understood me correctly.
The food wasn’t quick, but it was hot and fresh. I had a beef Philly-​cheese (they also offer chicken). It wasn’t a huge sandwich, but it was filling, with plenty of melted cheese, green peppers, and onions on top of tender beef. The crinkle fries were straight out of the fryer, golden brown and crispy, not like the half-​done colorless fries that a lot of the fast-​food places serve these days.
Also on the menu are burgers, traditional deli sandwiches, and wings. The menu really pushes the wings, and most if not all of the sandwiches have combo offers that include six wings and fries.
There are other «American Deli» restaurants on Unilocal,but I don’t if this is part of the same chain or not. There isn’t much to distinguish this place — there’s a generic US American Deli sign out front in block letters, and a generic interior. If you’re looking for this sort of food around Northlake and you don’t want to go into the food court at the mall, I would suggest trying this place.
