This company advertises a Groupon deal, that is, $ 70 for two hours of cleaning. The ad is misleading because it doesn’t mention that only one person does the cleaning which means that you are paying $ 35.00 an hour! I have used Groupon cleaning services before and there have always been two or more people doing the cleaning. Where’s the deal?
Unless A Clean Step’s employees have a Phd in cleaning or wings on their backs, you are going to get short-​changed big time!!!
Cassandra, the scheduling person was extremely rude and talked over me throughout our phone conversation. She said I was «hung up» on the money, well if she wasn’t, how come she didn’t charge me $ 20/​hour instead?

The team did a great job cleaning our house today. Even with short notice, they tackled the job on a Saturday. House looks great! Very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Price was very reasonable, and the woman who worked on my house did a fabulous job. She was personable and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I have already asked to set up a monthly cleaning. It’s barefoot living for me again and I love it! Thanks Pam and A Clean Step!
