Worst experience. Truck broke down. Days later than promised. Rented a uhaul that too small for our household goods. So they did not use moving blankets or padding to protect furniture from breaks and scratches and disassembled all our furniture in order to fit it in a tiny rented truck. Disassembled furniture was not reassembled correctly and pieces were lost. All wooden furniture was scratched and gashed. Fragile items were smashed. Bike wheel frames were bent. We put in for damages according to their insurance policy and never heard back from them. They refused to provide us with a receipt so we could apply for moving expenses reimbursement with our employer. We attempted to contact them to attain a receipt for 2 months and finally had to threaten to hire a lawyer. I would estimate about $ 10,000 in damages. They underbid their competitors but it is not worth the savings. We have moved cross country several times and this company is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Literally every piece of our furniture damaged. Truly the worse moving company! Avoid!!!
