A Family Discount Storage

This storage company has the worst customer service and poor communication between employees then I have ever experienced in my life. I am a professional in sales with over twenty years of experience in dealing with large corporations to small ones. The location at 3131 W. Orange Grove Road Tucson Arizona which understand is one of he eighteen owned by the same person in which the manager Brandon would not disclose the name of his boss or owner when I had a complaint. He told me it was private and was not allowed to give it out. He said I could E-​mail him and he would forward it to the owner in question??? I personally find that very strange and out of the ordinary that the owner/​boss information was not public? Really? When I pointed this out to Brandon he said he didn’t like me putting his company down and I was very close to being banned from all of their storage locations. He was very unprofessional and not very good at problem solving or working with an unhappy customer. I do not recommend this storage company to anyone looking for this type of service. I will research and find out the owners name and let them know that Brandon is incappable of dealing with customers and was not even in the office when we arrived. We had previous set this up in advance to avoid this type of situation. Unfortunately, Brandon was rude from the very beginning and was not aware of our arrival. We took our business to another Company which I highly recommend. It is CUBESMART STORAGE very friendly helpful and fast service!

I’ve had a small travel trailer stored at the Romero location for the past 6 years and I have no complaints. I think the price is fair and the security is good. There is nothing they could do that they haven’t done. :-) Several years ago, the cover blew off the trailer and they called me right away.
