We should of listened to our instincts when he didn’t answer the phone or call us back the first day my husband called and tried to set up an appointment. What basically happened is he charged us labor for installing a «broken part». After he left, my husband checked the part and found it wasn’t broken. All he had to do was read the trouble shooting section of the instructions. I don’t want to bore you with details but it was just a simple turn of a screw. When we called him back and told him he said he would come back and replace it for free. After a no call, no show appointment and three days later of dodging our calls he TEXTED us he wasn’t going to come, sticking to his guns that the part was broken and unfixable. This guy is the WORST repair man with which we’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business. For $ 100/hr I expected higher quality service.
