DO NOT GO HERE! There hours arent true, she opens whenever she feels like it. And if you make an appointment, expect her to be 35min –1hr late EVERYTIME. If you have a problem with the services she will start to ignore your calls and will ONLY text you. Which I found VERY unprofessional. The place is such a mess inside as well. One of her coworkers smelt like she just smoked a joint, the owner is just a mess. I gave this place a chance because our wedding was running out of time. And it was just a BIG mistake. Somestuff came up and we had to cancel everything, I had paid the deposit in full, and took almost 2weeks to recieve it back from her. She kept saying she didnt have the money was waiting on some other peoples deposits to go threw, something with her bank account. It was just a mess that she wasnt prepared for things like this, I dont know what kind of buissness she is running that doesnt have a cash draw. She would always pull out her wallet and do the cash exchange that way. Not sure if thats something a buissness should be doing. But after fighting tooth an nail thinking I would have to get a lawyer involve because I was never told I couldnt get my refunded back, and I never signed anything saying other wise nore did the receipt say anything, so she gave it back to me after i had to threated her buissness about getting a lawyer and such because she wanted me to wait another week for my money… she gave me the option to pick the money up at her store or HER HOUSE. Again so weird and unprofessional. So I met her at her store. She was completely rude about it all. Just glad its over with. DO NOT GO HERE, shes a mess and I have a feeling the way she is running her buissness is illegal.
