A Rich Experience Massage & Wellness Spa

My last massage there could have been better. I’ll cut the massage therapist some slack though. It was her second day.

I have to agree with Lisa H. I booked an appointment through groupon as well. When I arrived the customary 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled the building was locked, the lights were off and the parking lot was empty. I checked their website which listed that they open an hour prior to the time I arrived. I called and there was no answer except for a machine. I left a message detailing that I had an appointment but the doors were locked and then I left. 20 minutes later, 10 or so minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin, I received a call assuring me that the employees were there and would I like to drive back. I told them no, I would find it very difficult to enjoy a massage at that point when my plans for the day had been pretty thoroughly derailed and I was going to have to add another 15 miles to my trip driving back and forth to their location. Hopefully groupon will refund my money.

Love this spa! Great massage therapists!

The staff is their best asset. Quiet and professional, you can tell they enjoy working there. They don’t rush through massages here. They are thorough and accommodating and from what I can tell have a lot of regulars.
