Excellent, non-​pushy customer service. They allowed us to browse awhile before moving in for the sale. We had an idea of what we wanted but they took the time to show us multiple options of tile and grout samples. For a small fee (transferrable to our purchase) we were given a few color samples to see how they might look at home which was incredibly helpful.
Even though we had a couple contractors on deck they recommended someone who we ended up using. He was on time, professional, affordable and respectful. A great experience across the board. I would highly recommend A World of Tile to anyone looking for all your tile related needs.

I stopped in for a hand with a tiny, tiny project, and needed a tile cut. The guy working this morning (May 5, 2014) was extremely helpful and friendly. The level of service for what little I was doing was outstanding. I only wish I had a bigger project to go back soon!

We just finished a kitchen remodel plus retiling about 1,300 square feet of floor tile in the rest of the house. Matt at A World of Tile has been awesome through this whole process; he patiently worked with us to make our selections, and he even recommended an unusual pattern for the floor tile that turned out spectacularly. Even the tradespeople who were in and out of the house while the project was underway would comment on the beauty of the tile and the pattern.
Matt also helped us to figure out the back splash in the kitchen; we wanted something subtle yet striking, and he put together a very cool splash using several sizes and shapes of tumbled travertine, and we are very pleased.
Highly recommend A World of Tile and Matt! Once we recover from this remodel, it’s on to the master bathroom, and we’ll be back for tile and ideas.

Matt Vandenberg, the store manager at World of Tile was wonderful to work with,
professional, courteous, and full of good ideas for our job. We did a complete
master bathroom renovation and I took in a photo from
and Matt was able to help us design and select tiles and grout to create exactly the effect we wanted. We have an amazing new bathroom and are completely pleased. We give an excellent reommendation to Matt for his detail work, his follow through and all of his enthusiastic help.

Nice store! Large selection.
Location can be hard to find, it’s right next to the Joanne Fabrics on Broadway just east of Kolb.
Our sales rep was Gail, one of the store managers. She’s the best, I would recommend you ask for her. She’s the loud, funny one… can’t miss her!
Seriously though, she will work hard to help you make decisions and work with your budget. They even have a list of contractors if you decide it’s not a «do it yourself» project. Highly recommended.
