Shut this place down; an excuse for a service like this doesn’t deserve to stay in business.
The only reason why I’m even giving them a single star is because there is no option for giving them none. If I could, I’d give them negative five, because the service is that terrible with all of their deceit and profanity.
DO NOT give them your credit card information. They will charge it immediately and you will have to dispute anything else after that. It was such a hassle and I literally had to fight them in order to get absolutely nothing. It was outrageous! I called and left messages, they never called me back, and I wasted my time even speaking to them because they were so strongly unwilling to deal with any suggestions for better service and customer satisfaction.
We spoke to a man named Tom, who is probably the most unprofessional, uncompromising, and unconditionally the most insolent and repulsive man I have ever met. I called him for the third time regarding a beehive removal, and when he insisted that I was on speaker phone — which I was not — he hung up immediately and refused to talk to me until I «get off the speaker phone.» His way of dealing with business is perhaps the most child-​like and repulsive method I have ever seen, and he will make up any kind of excuse to dodge disputes and blame; what’s worse is that he is extremely unwilling to make any sort of compromise to satisfy his customers. He is, for the lack of a better term, the epitome of a vile, degrading little asshole.
But wait, there’s more.
Charging almost $ 900 dollars to remove a beehive is practically giving them an arm and a leg, so you’d think that they’d be a bit for flexible in terms of customer service. However, their thick skulls and their massive, disgusting egos refuse to back down from any sort of compromise, and they enforce it with the stupidest and lamest excuses. We got our beehive removed from another place for UNDER $ 200, and the man we spoke to there was one of the most pleasurable people to associate with. This place is absolutely no comparison to anywhere else, and we will not hesitate to turn our noses on them even if their services went down for free.
It’s utterly and absolutely ridiculous. Call the police. This place robs your wallet and is shameless enough to flaunt it in your faces. HIGHLY dissatisfied and we would rather perish waist-​deep in these so-​called «Africanized bees» than call this shithole again.

I had a very bad experience with AAA Africanized Bee Removal. I do not recommend this company. They lied saying the africanized bees could not be relocated by law and had to be killed. I have since found out by the authorities this is NOT TRUE! I was told a beekeeper would be the one taking care of the bees. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! The slick sales person who took my call kept saying if you wait another ½ hour the price goes up $ 200! I am new to the area and did not know what to do. $ 800 later and have since found out this company is a scam. STAY AWAY FROM AAA AFRICANIZED BEE!

Several problems:
1) A charge of $ 870 to come out same day. That is outrageous, highway robbery and predatory. Unfortunately we had no other options, and they knew it. A company that takes advantage like that should be shut down.
2) The name of their business is bee «removal». They killed the bees (I will give them that), but they didn’t remove them.
3) Only after dissecting a bee and identifying 20 different parts can a trained entomologist distinguish between an African bee compared to a European bee. Marketing ploy on this company’s part. Slimy.

The bee removal (I’d asked for relocation of the bees) service responded very quickly — within 2 hours of my call to exterminate the bees. The very competent technician was there approx. 1 hour, for which I was charged $ 600. WAY overpriced for the very little that was accomplished. There was a mess remaining, and holes in the stucco, which I’ve had to hire a contractor to come repair. Shop around, I’m sure there are other bee exterminators who will do the job for much less. The manager, Tom, will tell you there’s a coupon that he’ll double… which just means that he was going to charge you $ 695, but gave you a ‘deal’ by charging you ONLY $ 600. I won’t call them again.

AAA bee removal removed my bees late Saturday afternoon at a moments notice but they charge at least 3 times more than the competition. AAA bee removal also has a cancelation policy that is more than what the competitors charge for the job. They charged me 600 to remove the bees but wanted another 1500 to remove the honeycomb and repair my wall, not including paint. I was new in town and worried the bees might be a danger to my family and Tom did a good job playing off those fears. Be patient and call someone else and your wallet will thank you.
