First five star review for a property manager. I rented with them from July 2013 through July 2014, and I had no complaints with Acacia Partners. Every issue or necessary repair was resolved promptly and professionally. When I had to contact Acacia, I received a response in a timely manner. Furthermore, I received 100% of my deposit within two weeks after moving out.(Please note that I did clean the residence and did not cause any damage to the premises.) I wish my current property manager was as good as Acacia was.

So our AC went out. It’s May. It’s like 100 degrees already, and our apartment is a sauna. Top-story apartments are awesome when you’re trying to fall asleep and you’re not interested in hearing the«clomp-clomp» of your neighbors, but way less awesome when your AC goes on the fritz and you have an oh-so lovely and oh-so direct view of the sunset. *Cut to me calling Acacia Partners with desperation in my voice*. I’ve lived in many bad rental/apartment situations over the years, and so pardon my shock when a company Partner – not just a maintenance worker – calls me back within an hour of my request for service on a Sunday night telling me he’ll get a technician on it first thing tomorrow. And wait – here’s the clincher – he gave me troubleshooting advice. And wait – here’s another clincher – I just felt my vent and it feels cooler. We also had a minor plumbing issue upon moving in, but it was resolved next-day, by a professional, as well. It’s hard to find upstanding companies with people who really care these days. Thanks, Greg(and the rest of Acacia Partners) :)
