We were directed to Ace Appliance by our warranty company after a horrible experience with another appliance service in Tucson. The folks at Ace answered the phone when we called, they set up an appt. in a reasonable amount of time, they showed up when they said they’d be there and fixed the problem on our washing machine! I am so pleased with Ace, and with the Warranty company for directing me to them after the horrible experience with another service company that«no showed» us and wasted our time. Ace will be my appliance repair company of choice in Tucson from here on out!

I was a 2 – 10 policy holder but I will not renew. This was a terrible vendor. They took such a long time to fix our refrigerator last October/November we actually had to eat out for thanksgiving. Then, the guy came to «fix» the dryer and became belligerent when I asked him to do more than simply push my dryer forward so the hose wouldn’t get bunched up. I was alone with the baby and didn’t appreciate the childish outburst from a grown man. He literally slammed my door(after defiantly pushing back the dryer). Thank goodness my contract with 2 – 10 is almost up. They were not helpful at all. My policy was over $ 800, and they were worthless. What a nightmare.

I am sorry the last reviewer had a bad experience with ACE Appliance Repair, as we had a very positive experience. We also have a 2 – 10 home warranty, and both repairs to our refrigerator were covered with nothing more than a little discussion between the repair company and 2 – 10. Phil, the repairman, was professional, competent, friendly and we enjoyed working with him. The fridge was fixed promptly and works perfectly.
