Depends on who you get here. I had a great guy help me in plumbing today. Super nice and I was in and out really quick. I always go to Ace if I need someone that knows what they’re talking about. If I need a bunch of stuff for major project I have to go deal with the jokers over at one of the larger chains. Thanks for the help today Ace!

ACE, the helpful place! They may have decided on that slogan based on this store. The employees are always friendly and willing to help answer the questions I didn’t even know I needed to ask.
Ace is more expensive than the big box stores, but it seems as though the employees are aware of that and often try to help me out by not pointing out the most expensive item on the shelf or by telling me good times to look for sales!
I really appreciate the employees of this store!

When I need something for a minor repair or propane for my grill I head here since it’s just a stone’s throw from where I live. They always have what you need.
You can always expect good customer service and to find someone knowledgeable to help you. Their prices are a little higher than the big box stores but, for a home repair dummy like me, that’s a small price to pay for not having to hunt for someone to help you and getting the answers you need.

I LOVE this store and the people in it. When I go in, I never feel stupid, or ignored, and I always get immediate assistance from people who go above and beyond to answer my questions, help me find what I need, and go the extra mile. This hardware store has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced, and I’m wondering why I ever tried a bigger box store, with an ACE Hardware right around the corner!
